application with Wyoming Basset Hound Rescue, please fill out the

. The application is available in both Word and PDF formats. If you
need a different format, please email us at the above address.
Submitting of this application does not automatically guarantee
that you will be approved to adopt a dog. An original
application may still be sent to you for your signature.
